This could be a big "event" Vent for the downdraft on the island appears here but, no one seems knows where the other end is!!! Somewhere under the slab I suppose. To bad no one thought to terminate it above ground. DUH! COST ? Probably the loss of the original cooking use of the island $$$$ and some excavation. Sure glad we caught it before the final grading was done!


Ever get a "sinking feeling" Sink set for a midget. 29" from the floor Cost to fix includes paint, drywall and remove install $$$ Plus because the piping was not set correctly we cannot use the drain cover that is part of the sink so the pipes have to remain exposed. UGLY. Notice how beautifully? they capped the drain into the wall! NOT. So this sink install is a total waste of time and money as it will have to be COMPLETLY redone
Cabinet sink faucet set in a very unusual place. Required special placement of the cabinet. Cost ? Replacement of the cabinet back and a smaller sink is now needed instead of the original $$$I wonder how they intend to put shut off valves on the hot side? and what is that pipe in the middle for? Maybe that is why we have no hot water in the shower? But that is yet another story yet to come
