Plumber Problem # ?? I have lost count. This one cost us 500.00

This time they installed gas lines and a gas water heater. Knowing full well we were using propane they installed a natural gas valve which would have caused a real problem with the propane line and gas distribution. This is inexcusable as are many of the other problems. Again Do you think they are that stupid? I doubt it so what is the explaination? Your guess ? Mine is already known.incorrect valve for propane
