4:30 all done and some up shutters ready for final finish

All in all I made 26 shutters. Cut material for 12 shutters

Today we routed and sanded the remainder of the baseboard 250' ( It arrived at 12:30 )routed sanded and installed the guest House Loft baseboard 50'

I finished ALL the downstairs Shutters , the 2 fixed windows and the loft window shutters and cut the material for the 8 upstairs windows

I have the 8 sets (16) kitchen shutters, 2 sets (4) Guest Shutters double window , 5 bath shutters down, 2 sets (4) bath up and 8 door shutters to cut and put together.

By Sunday they will all be cut and assembled except for the doors.

Then we have to sand, install cap on top edges, put 16 ss screws in each panel then stain and install 4 sets of hinges and pintles on each window

All in all we will have
51 sets (102) shutters for windows
8 double panels for doors.

I checked on line and the approx cost for board and batten cypress shutters is 454. eac for our sizes and not nearly as nice.

THATS $23.000 + COST if we had to buy them!! and that does not include the door panels which would be about $6000.00

OURs ARE MUCH MUCH NICER!!!!!

Total $29,000 before hardware and installation.
