Looks like mike has been replaced!

RESOLUTION: Window Problem

It appears that it was the windows. One of the guys showed me exactly what the problem may have been. He actually came out on a Saturday Morning and spent more than an hour to secure the problem areas just in case we had more ran. Several of the windows has been incorrectly installed and not caulked on the top. The worst window has a gap of over an inch from the wall and NO CAULK!!

This allows water to seep behind the unfinished friezeband and into the window frames. This did not show up as a problem earlier because we had nothiing on the wall to catch the water as we do not. Is was a good thing to find the leaks before we did the drywall

The first Rain brings Trouble

More Problems. Leaks around the entire house anywhere where there is Freizeband. Looks like it wasn't caulked correctly. One of the guys told me it was the upstairs windows. We have had hard rain this Summer and there were no leaks. I think the drip edge needs sealing the water appears to be coming behind the flashing and down through the block wall and it is leaking into the window frames. In both the main house both sides of the house and the Guest East Wall.
