Water leaks around ceiling light located under the toilet drain
Rust marks on tile because the Plumber left steel shavings from the bolts
Crossed water feed lines. A really Nice "UGLY" mess showing under this sink and they knew it would not be covered. Plus all traps were suppose to be brass not PVC or Chrome on all exposed sink lines.
