Think I have finaly (no help from the vendor) found a partial solution to one of the many problems with the doors and door installation. All door except one are missing the door flange that covers the the door mechanism. The vendor told me that was normal to have the lock mechanism exposed?? Of course it is on someone elses doord Mr. Vendor! Still no response for the other problems with the faulty installation. I guess they think if they ignor me I will go away! Not a chance Souther Windows and doors has got a lot to learn . We shall see.
